Cody Aarons, RN, BSN, MCP
Cody graduated from nursing school at the University of Texas at Austin. He has worked as a bedside nurse for seven years, primarily in post-cardiac surgery & telemetry units, at world-renowned medical centers to small community hospitals. He developed an interest in the intersection between healthcare and the built environment and went back to school for a Masters in City & Regional Planning at UC Berkeley. Since graduation, Cody has worked in healthcare design consulting primarily working on transition projects preparing clinical teams to open and operate new hospital buildings. His primary interest is improving the patient and staff experience in the healthcare environment. He believes that hospitals are an important pillar of the community and should be accessible and welcoming to all.
