Sophie Curtis

Sophie Curtis is a Product Manager for CDHI on the Marketing, Engagement, and Communications team. She helps to support the Health CRM product management efforts. Sophie specializes in CRM sales operations leadership and management, business analysis, and Salesforce administration. 

She has experience working with organizations to improve processes, fix complex business challenges, and create products that optimize efficiency. Sophie holds five Salesforce certifications in advanced administration, sales cloud consulting, service cloud consulting, and platform app building. She has built two successful CPQ (configure, price, quote) systems, multiple support orgs, and many ERP integrations including Netsuite. She thoroughly enjoys delivering products that make the end-user experience as frictionless as possible.
