Stephanie Chang

Stephanie is a designer, strategist, and educator with experience across multiple industries. Prior to CDHI, she served as the Director of Design Strategy at Invitae, a global genetics company, and worked within and across teams to develop new approaches and understanding of products, design, and user experience. Stephanie has also previously consulted on efforts related to DEI and learning, and a significant portion of her career was focused on hands-on educational design, research, and delivery. She holds a Bachelor’s in Biology from MIT and a Masters in Learning, Design, and Technology from Stanford.
