Lu Chen has over 8 years of experience in the field of data science. She has a deep understanding of machine learning applications and how data can drive business decisions. Before joining CDHI, she worked in search engine optimization and social gaming industries, where she gained in-depth knowledge of relational and non-relational database structures, data reporting, and containerized solutions. As the current overseer of the data science process, Lu works closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions and implements strategies that enable a secure and efficient data science workflow. She believes in using data for good and is striving to advance healthcare with data science.
