Eli Medina, MBA
Eli is a Technical Project Manager for UCSF Center for Digital Health Innovation. He brings over seventeen years of experience in the broader healthcare industry from leadership in clinical roles to clinic/division operational oversight to divisional chief financial officer at one the nation's largest public teaching medical center. He brings an extensive knowledge and expertise in Institutional and Healthcare project portfolios and in managing large, complex multi-departmental/industry development projects.
As a Technical Project Manager, Eli fosters an environment of teamwork, breaks down silos and ensures that strategy and accountability are clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. His strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement enhance CDHI’s process-driven management philosophy.
Eli holds an MBA from Florida International University, a BA from San Francisco State University, and is Lean Six Sigma trained.
