Achim Fehlker

Prior to joining CDHI as a Senior Product Manager, Achim Fehlker managed lean product and innovation labs at Macy's Tech, First Republic Bank, and AAA insurance for over 10 years. He also co-founded an omnichannel retail and hospitality brand with multiple brick-and-mortar locations and a wine retail ecommerce website. He has additionally worked in professional services for seven years at Hitachi Consulting with a focus on digital strategy, business process redesign, business strategy, organization design, and change management.

His product management focus has been on enhancing omnichannel, digital, and mobile app-based client experiences, resulting in significant NPS score and revenue increases. His specialties include product vision and strategy development, customer acquisition and retention, lead funnel optimization, design thinking, prototyping, user testing, and A/B testing. He also has a strong background in service design, process optimization, and systems integrations.

Achim has a Master of Sciences in Economics from the University of Tübingen and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
