CareWeb is a team-based collaborative communications solution integrated with the Electronic Health Records (EHR). It allows a patient’s entire care team to view and participate in important care conversations in a real-time social, collaborative environment, enabling higher quality care.

The CareWeb technology was licensed to Voalte (acquired by Hill-Rom, and now by Baxter, Inc.) for commercialization and scaling to a larger global user community, as the Voalte Story product.
